We are a Mithtech product

SocialPuff is built and operated by Mithtech, India's ERPNext implementation partner for SMEs and growing enterprises. Mithtech's thesis is simple: one ecosystem, every function, zero licensing. How we build

• Open-source first. The platform core is an evolved, hardened fork of battle-tested open-source chat-marketing engines. No closed vendor lock-in on the core stack.
• Integration-first architecture. Every module exposes a REST endpoint. Every event fires a webhook. Nothing is a black box.
• Automation over admin. If you can click it, you can script it. If you have to click the same thing twice, we ship a shortcut.
• India-ready by default. UPI collections, Razorpay & Paytm, GST invoicing, Hindi and regional-language UI, and pricing in INR.
